Ashley's Technology Corner
The 'BRAND NEW' M2 Range
In order to make the M2 Driver both long and forgiving, it was built with technologies that protect ball speed and create a massive sweet spot. As you can see from the pictures, this M2 model differs from the M1 due to its 'Speed Pocket' insert behind the clubface. This means that the M2 doesn't have a sliding weight system but allows the weight to be stored low and further back in the club head, producing a higher trajectory ball flight. The head comes with a High-Launch option for both men and women, meaning that if you struggle to get the ball up in the air, this club could well be the answer! Why not come into the shop today and have a look for yourself.
For you guys who like to read about the details stuff:
M2 Hot Trajectory - A low CG projection with a new Speed Pocket and exceptional aerodynamics generate a hot, high launch/low spin trajectory.
M2 Massive Sweet Spot - Engineered with high MOI, Inverted Cone Technology and a redesigned Speed Pocket - three features that combine to produce maximum forgiveness and speed across the face.

Swing Studio Coaching News
The Swing Studio is in a lovely cosy, warm environment to improve your game during inclement weather and we even have a Nespresso coffee machine! Mark Davies was booked for a putting lesson on the morning it was -6C and the greens were frozen solid and covered in frost.
However, we were able to do the putting lesson on the putting carpet in The Swing Studio (we have two golf holes cut into the floor) and in just half an hour Mark felt 10 times more confident about holing out those crucial three and four footers that make your score. Don't use the weather as an excuse - Click here to book a session in The Swing Studio and take action to play better golf in 2016 now.
Well done to Heather Thwaites who won the Ladies Stableford with 39 points last weekend. Here is Heather in The Swing Studio working on retaining her power and leverage in the downswing which has given her distance and improved the quality of her strike.
My first four dates to play friendly fourballs with members are now fully booked. I would love to play with as many different members as possible so if you have never played with me and would like to join me on any of the following dates please click here.

I also have the opportunity to take members to PGA Pro/Am's across the South of England during the season. The first one is The Hayling Pro/Am on Friday 13 May. This is one of the best links courses in the South of England. If you would like to join me the cost is £105 per person (team of 3 amateurs with each professional) which includes coffee and bacon roll on arrival, lunch afterwards and a FREE practice round before the day. Click here if you would like to join me.
Could I please remind all members that a year ago we asked all members not to operate a debit balance on your account in the pro shop. We are more than happy to run an account facility for you if you would like to place a small credit on your account to cover sundries for your convenience when purchasing. We currently have over 50 members owing on account so please can you check your balance next time you are in the shop - many thanks
