Staysure Trophy This week I played the Staysure Trophy South Region PGA Qualifier on Monday with Darren Warmington at Kings Hill GC. Darren played great golf and in a fourball betterball stableford we came to the last tee with 43 points already accumulated. A last hole blob left us downhearted until we heard that there was a 49 points in the clubhouse already! Well played Darren!
Lombard Trophy Then on Tuesday James Elliot and myself represented West Hill at the South Region PGA Qualifier for the Lombard National Pro/Am at Walton Heath. On a fiery course with a stiff breeze, we played very well to shoot 6 under par 66 betterball making only one mistake. With only one pair qualifying from 74, the winning score was 10 under 62 and we finished 11th - really well played James.
Member’s days out We need four more members to make up our member’s day out to Sunningdale on Tuesday 2nd October, where we'll have 36 holes around the Old and the New courses.

Whilst you are checking your diaries, following the huge success of the Captain's Team vs. Pro's Team Members Tour to Ireland this year, we will be having a rematch in 2019.
