Club Stableford

Jamie Potter came for a coaching session with me on Thursday looking for inspiration as his handicap had gone up from 2 to 4.4 since July 2017. After a half hour session he went out on Saturday and shot a gross 72 on his way to winning the Club Stableford with 37 points and was cut to 4.1.Well done Jamie!

Second in Division 1 was John Turner on countback and third Peter Oakes with 36 points. Congratulations to David Jones who won Division 2 with 35 points pipping Richard Bolton on countback with Jack Clarke third with 33 points.

Last year 32 members took part at the "Battle in Bournemouth" with the match being tied 12-12. David Harrison made a birdie at the final hole to save the Pro's team with everyone watching from the clubhouse knowing the score because of our live Ryder Cup scoring system in every group.
