Now we can really start getting into the meat of Golf Drills For The Garden. The advantage of doing swings in slow motion without a ball is that you have time for your brain to actually feel some of the movements that particular parts of your body are making. Then in slow motion you can experiment with changing just one movement and then have a chance to feel how this has a knock on effect in the way your whole swing feels.
Today I want you to watch this video very carefully which explains the effect the movement of the left knee has on your backswing coil. Then afterwards,in slow motion, I want you to experiment by moving it in the two ways I show you and ask yourself which one you normally do? If it's the wrong way then feel the different backswing position you get when it moves the correct way.
