Swing Studio News
James Elliot is the first member to take advantage of my night time coaching on the simulator in the Swing Room. We had some fun driving the Swing Studio Courtesy Buggy in the pitch black so look out for the buggy getting a special customisation over the next few days!!! If you would like some coaching between 4pm and 9pm on a Wednesday evening or at any other time click here.
Andrew Straszewski came for a wedge fitting with Greg and using the Flightscope to accurately track the entire flight of the ball they were able to establish the best lofts in the wedges to produce good yardage gaps between each club from the wedge in his iron set as well as discussing bounce options. Look out for him peppering the pins from now on.
Tickets for the Professionals Xmas Draw are now for sale in the pro shop for your chance to win some fantastic prizes value approx £2,000. The draw will be made on the day of the Captain's Drive In and Christmas Lunch.
Well done to Toddy and Collin Shea who won the West Hill Knights Nutcracker Trophy with 34 points over 16 holes. In second place were Bill Wormald and John Hughes with 33.
I caught some West Hill members in training at the 22nd Woking Beer Festival last weekend. Obviously I was there purely to market West Hill within the local community! Next week I will be writing a golf specific article on diet and nutrition!!!!
