Here is a report from our Ladies’ Captain, Heather Thwaites.
Congratulations to all the winners from the Autumn Meeting last week. We were blessed with lovely weather and Jan and I had a myriad of prizes and trophies to present:
Vets Cup - Irene Merchant, Senior Vets Cup - Sue Gorvin, Granny Trophy - Sonja O’Sullivan, Cathy Barclay Cup - Shirley Couzens, Foursomes Cup - Ilsa Bellion and Liz Hooper, Moore Cup - Michele Martin, Bushell - Lisa Kircher.
Kay Bowman won Div 1 and Philippa Atkinson Div 2 of my charity eclectic.

Joannides Salver - best scratch aggregate Spring and Autumn - Kay Bowman
I awarded the Achievement Award to Sophie Stroyberg - not only as she reduced her handicap by the most, but also for the way she has integrated into club life since joining us , representing the club in external competitions and joining in with the mixed golf - well done Sophie.
